The Coma Lilies were a post-rock band from the Santa Rosa area.
Everyone in the band is an absurdly talented and prolific musician and they can now be found playing with Horders, Cash Pony, Sloth and Turtle, Mean Girls, The Sarcastic Dharma Society, and other projects. Some of them were also in Sex Goddess, Shat, My Dads, and Hautahuah.
Former members Gabe Katz and Hunter Ellis also have some great solo records featuring contributions from most of the other members.
In June 2020, the band put out a bunch of previously material on Bandcamp with sales supporting Dignity and Power Now and the Black Trans Travel Fund. The Hemoclysm is the greatest thing ever recorded ever.
